Wether you like veggies or not, everyone loves smoothies. Micronizing fruits and vegetable is a sure way to give your metabolism a break, avoid a food crash and loss weight. When we blend our food into the smallest particles, our body digest the food better and all the nutrients get to the blood cells efficiently. This means you will eliminate daily thus improving your digestive health. The average human being should have at least one to three bowel movements a day. Drinking smoothies is sure way of getting the digestion kick started in the morning.
I have been drinking smoothies since I started my journey into health years ago. The secret is adding fruits and veggies. The more veggies the better.
For best results, I would recommend using a high speed blender like a nutri bullet or a vitamix. You want a high speed blender to break down all the ingredients.
