Salads have a terrible reputation for limp lettuce and boring flavor, but these healthy meals, created with a rainbow of fresh fruits and crispy greens, can WOW your taste senses.

Salad Recipes For Vegetarian

With a foundation of mixed greens and a handful of juicy strawberries on top, this delightful salad is ideal for a hot day. Bring it to the beach or poolside to enjoy while soaking up the rays!
Ingredients:
- Spring Mix lettuce
- Cabbage
- Dried Cranberries
- Orange Pepper
- Sunflower Seeds
- Carrots
- Strawberries
- Avocado
- Palm of Hearts

When combined in a tasty salad, fruits and greens have the power of a powerful pair! In this meal, it combined blackberries with avocado to create a delectable combination.
Ingredients:
- Mixed Greens of your choice (spinach, romaine, etc.)
- Cucumbers
- Blackberries

- Pumpkin Seeds
- Micro-greens
- Tahini Dressing
- 1 tbsp raw tahini
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp water
