Are you ready for Daily Nutrition Guidelines For Adults? But before we get too carried away with ALL, the objectives we want to attain, let us remember that genuine change does not happen overnight—or even in 10 days.

To effectively create a life-changing shift, it must link us to even the most little everyday actions. As an example, consider your morning routine. You’re hungry, but you’re also late for that 9 a.m. meeting. As a result, you choose a protein bar as the smart health choice. But…is it really the best option?

Purium’s passions as an organic superfoods company include helping individuals improve their nutrition with potent, plant-based goods, Increasing the nutritional value of your daily food intake can improve your body’s energy and provide renewed clarity to your thoughts.

Including additional nutrients in your diet does not have to entail costly excursions to the grocery store or endless hours of meal preparation. Purium products are convenient, allowing you to acquire the vital nutrients your body requires.

Follow these four daily steps to enhances your lifestyle!

Consume More Fruits and Vegetables

Even if you are not the kind of person who likes to eat vegetables, there’s always away to make them palatable. Learning how to make food so that it taste the way you like it, means we building new relationships with food.

Fruits and vegetables, which are low in fat and high in nutritional content, supply essential vitamins and minerals that help your body maintain energy levels throughout the day.

Include your favorite greens in all of your meals, and keep a full fruit bowl in your kitchen for when you need a pick-me-up. At each meal, don’t be afraid to fill at least 3/4 of your plate with vegetables and fruit.

Whether it’s a chocolate appetite or a wine need, we don’t have to let these indulgences rule our lives all of the time. Believe it or not, you can still satisfy your tastes while meeting your dietary limitations. Oat or almond flour can be used in place of all-purpose flour, vegan butter can be used in place of dairy butter, dark chocolate can be used in place of milk chocolate, and coconut sugar can be used in place of granulated sugar.

Make it pleasurable! To prepare a delicious smoothie packed with antioxidants, healthy fats, and powerful greens, combine some Apple Berry Power Shake, frozen blueberries, avocado, banana, spinach, and a splash of almond milk.

According to Aynsley Anderson Sosinski of Lawrence Memorial Hospital, “research shows that eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables may help control cholesterol and blood sugar and avoid heart disease” (LMHhealth.org). These are lifestyle practices you can trust. Any wellness professional would agree.

Eat Plant-Based Protein

Although animal meat can be a healthy source of protein, it can also be a source of pollutants and may not be the best option when trying to enhance your nutrition. Instead, when cooking your meals, pick plant-based protein components to keep your bodies energized and help you burn fat.

Make a tasty trail mix using almonds, walnuts, seeds, raisins, and chocolate nibs to fill you up quickly. Plant-based protein sources include beans, quinoa, chickpeas, and tofu.

I enjoy taking Super Amino 23’s. It’s more than enough solution for providing your body with plant-based protein as soon as you wake up in the morning. To help build lean muscle and increase mental sharpness, take 5-10 pills daily. Also try organic spirulina, which is nature’s ultimate whole-food multivitamin. It is nutrient-dense, high in protein, and high in marine omega fatty acids. With all of the organic spirulina’s health advantages, Cocoa Mint flavor is a perfect addition to smoothies and shakes!

In foods, many preservatives, sweeteners, and food colorings were originally labeled safe and later found to drastically affect our health or even cause cancer. Think red, blue, and yellow dyes (cancer), high fructose corn syrup (diabetes), Monosodium Glutamate/MSG (obesity), aspartame (cancer), rGBH (Mad Cow Disease), even the irradiation of food that’s since been banned. We are confronting a new danger and facing a significant new threat to our health.

The threat comes from the incredible proliferation of this agricultural herbicide in homes, on the highways, and now in community parks, a chemical that was originally created to support GMO farming practices. Having it on farms is dangerous and unavoidable, unfortunately, over the years its use has extended far beyond the fields. Even if you choose to eat organic or non-GMO verified food as a way of avoiding this toxic agricultural chemical, you can still be exposed to potentially dangerous levels without even knowing it!

Foods that are labeled non-GMO could now have high levels of toxic residues found in them. The toxin of which we speak, glyphosate is the primary chemical in Roundup, which is the main herbicide that is used in genetically modified farming.  glyphosate is detected in our water – 86% in rain alone! Ditches and drains measured 71%, soil 63%, and even 18% in large rivers!

tcm doctor lifestyle recommends

Allowing the body to cleanse itself is the best way to eradicate the source of degenerative disease, so why not to detox cleanse? This cannot be accomplished by surgery, medications, or radiation. It must be completed internally.

A deficient diet is a leading cause of sickness, as well as physical and mental decline. You can get stronger and happier if you make the right food decisions. For certain individuals, a small dietary adjustment can be all that is needed to solve vexing health issues. However, for certain people, diet alone might not be enough.

If toxic accumulation has been going on in the body for a long time, degeneration may have advanced to the point that nutritional modifications alone may be too slow, if not unsuccessful. Holistic doctors are very aware that, this is particularly true with chronic degenerative diseases that are now commonly handled by pharmaceutical medications or surgery. Harmful toxins may be removed and processed from the body using a number of drug-free natural detoxification processes. The body will then heal and restore itself.

There are certain guidelines that should be followed

Some cleanses recommend supplments. What do you eat?

Why aren’t bananas and starchy veggies recommended?

Bananas are not good for weight loss. Some folks may have constipation while on the cleanse if they consume bananas. They can also convert to carbs and become sticky, which is not ideal for cleansing. When you’re not on a Cleanse, however, bananas in the morning are a good option. When they are ripe and in season, they can be beneficial; but, when they are not ripe or out of season, they are not as beneficial.

in my cellular reset, I guide you through a 10-day immersion. During that time you are guided every day with a video that explains all the nutrition you are taking and what they are doing to your body. During the 10-Day Immersion, you can have more than one Flex Food at a time. If you feel you need more nutrients, go ahead and eat an extra serving.

You can even combine different Flex Foods to make a single dish. Depending on how much of each Flex Food you use, it may constitute more than one serving. For example, you could construct a “salad” with 1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 avocado, and a diced cucumber (seasoned with lemon or vinegar, salt, pepper, or herbs), but this would be 2 Flex Food portions for one meal.

At the end of the day, Flex Foods should be your closest companions. While three servings is the standard, this is YOUR cleanse, and you are in charge. If you find the 10-Day Acceleration too difficult, you could attempt Schedule #1 (on the place-mat and at the top of this blog), which is less stringent.

Can I dress my flex food with balsamic vinaigrette or olive oil?

While we advise you to use solely our Tropic Oil (i.e., Coconut Oil), we also believe in making changes. If you go this way, use only a small amount of virgin, raw organic olive oil. Vinegar can also make you feel full and inhibit your appetite. ALSO, have you ever used Apothe-Cherry as a salad dressing? If you don’t, you’re missing out on some delectable nutrients!

Does the water in my shake count towards my daily water intake?

No, the timetable urges you to drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. For the best sense of fullness, drink 20 oz of water each Powershake. To suit your taste, you can reduce the amount of water in your Power Shake.

Flex Foods, Flex Beverages, and Flex Meals will support any healthy lifestyle – one of the reasons why they’re called “flex.” These foods are a base to stay committed to clean eating and a helpful guide that will steer you and your whole family further away from processed foods.

A good way to understand the differences is to think of Flex Foods/Beverages as snacks and Lifestyle Meals as, well…meals!

Flex Food/ Flex Beverages

are organic, super fruits and vegetables that provide you with flavorful taste, a chewing sensation, and the overall experience of eating. They transform stress eating from a negative to a positive by replacing comforting or familiar unhealthy food choices with organic super fruits and vegetables.

When doing a cleanse, Flex Foods and Flex Beverages are a saving grace. Although only 3 per day are allowed (not including cucumbers and celery that are unlimited), these real plant foods will bring an extra dose of joy during the routine 10 days. An avocado will fill you up, cucumbers will satisfy the need for a snack and kombucha can feel like a treat. You don’t have to be on a cleanse to incorporate these Flex Foods/Beverages into your everyday life. These foods and beverages are low in calories and have a low glycemic index, so anyone can benefit from turning to a Flex Food/Beverage for a snack or combine a few for a meal!

FLEX MEALS: Maintaining daily health requires real food. And, for athletes, the more you burn, the more your appetite demands. Instead of refueling your body with something processed, why not reward yourself with beneficial food? Flex Meals are sure to satisfy, without compromising your health. Healthy foods can be convenient, but prep is key and a little creativity can go a long way!

When on your Purium program, Lifestyle Meals are the meals you choose to compliment your schedule. These are based on your ideal healthy lifestyle. They can be plant-based, high-protein or any dietary type that you prefer.

Flex Foods will naturally become your go-to snacks! You can even use organic tropic oil, fresh squeezed lemon, Himalayan sea salt, raw honey, or fresh herbs and spices, for extra flavor.

Flex Foods/Beverages and Lifestyle Meals

Flex Foods/Beverages and Lifestyle Meals are a way to control your intake, retrain your hunger cravings, and fuel your body with optimal nutrients while following any of the Transformation schedule options. I source the food for a cellular reset from an organic farm in California. I call this program the Ulitmate Lifestyle Transformation.

The Ultimate Lifestyle Transformation is more about saturating your body with superfoods. Lifestyle meals are just suggestions. For a program to become a lifestyle change, focus on what works for you and what pace you will follow to create lasting change. Many people continue to eat their standard diet in the beginning for their one meal per day, and as their taste buds change through the use of Purium, they naturally gravitate to healthier options that are on the flex foods list. Some people make more radical shifts during the Transformation and only eat the items in the above list, creating meals by choosing one serving of three listed items per meal, equivalent to 300 calories per meal. If maximizing weight loss is your goal, a stricter approach to flex meals is recommended.  Here are a few ideas.

This is a great breakfast idea to get your day started with protein, good fats, and omega-3s!

  • Ripe organic avocado
  • 2 cage-free eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper and sea salt

  4. Carefully crack an egg into each avocado half.

Spaghetti Squash:

Ahhh, pasta. It unites all kinds of eaters, cuisines, and ages. It’s a go-to for picky eaters and spontaneous dinners for families and party hosts. However,  even if it’s made with whole wheat or quinoa, it can be a little heavy, and depending on your body, it may not digest easily.

Enter: the scrumptious, protein-filled, fiber-robust, and low calorie/carb spaghetti squash.

Although the food prep can seem a little tedious, once you get into the routine of cooking with the full-bodied veggie, it won’t seem so daunting.

Since it has a mild taste, this squash serves as a satisfying base for all kinds of dishes and can easily become a kitchen staple.

Pre-heat the oven and carefully slice the ends of squash (as thin as possible), before you cut them in half (lengthwise). Scoop out the seeds Put some coconut oil on the inside edges of the squash and face the halves down onto a baking sheet. Bake for 20-40 minutes (depending on the size of the squash) or until brownish.

Flex Food Favorite: Avocado

Avocados are one of the tastiest Flex Foods. And hey what do you know, they’re not just something for millennials to spread on toast! Not only are they tasty, but they are good for you too. In fact, on average, the savory fruit carries 20 different vitamins and minerals, with only 160 calories!

One avocado can also provide 9 grams of carbohydrates, but 7 of them are fiber, making this a low-carb food with 2 net carbs.

Plus, they are packed with monosaturated fatty acids. So, what does this mean for you?

Well, the main component of avocado’s fat is oleic acid. This acid has been linked to positive heart benefits and has been shown to regulate blood sugar levels. This means that heat-activated avocado oil could be a heart-healthy substitute for other cooking oils.

Avocados also hold antioxidant phytochemicals, which help protect against diseases like macular degeneration, which can lead to vision loss and even cataracts. They have also been linked to cancer prevention and arthritis relief. Avocado is truly a SUPERfood.
