Recommended Fruit & Veggies on a Cellular Reset

There fruits and veggies that work best on a cellular reset. Not all fruits and veggies are created equal. In fact according to Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM food consumption is prescribed according to its theraputic value. In this blog I will address my personal recommendations for a cellular reset that is guaranteed to help you feel great, lose weight and support any health challenge.

In the study of TCM the energetic property of veggies and fruit contribute to our physiological well being.  The knowledge of Qi, life force energy transcends any knowledge of nutrients or phytochemicals and relates to living energy that is apart of all green plants.

Tips for fruit

Goji Berries
apple juice, sweet, fruit juice
  1. Eat organic and wash well. I will typically soak my fruit in a drop of lemon essential oil by doterra. Doterra essential oils has a guaranteed purity and my fruit always come out tasting better than before.
  2. Eat fruit before other food and never right after. The only exception for not having fruit with other items is when you have cottage cheese. I don’t recommend cottage cheese at all. In Traditional Chinese Medicine anything dairy causes phlegm and should be avoided.
  3. Avoid white and green grapes.
  4. Don’t mix melons with other fruit.
  5. Eat apples in the morning to help wake you up as a coffee alternative.
  6. Don’t remove the skin on fruit because most the nutrients are contained in the skin. (except bananas, oranges, mangos, avocado, melons etc. use your best judgement)
  7. Dried fruit should be eaten separately.

My veggie recommendations

  1. Kale (best when steamed, or marinated)
  2. Broccoli sauteed, used as crudites or in an omelet.
  3. Cabbage (great in claws, soups and sauerkraut.
  4. Squash, delicious when sauteed with red bell peppers, red onion and garlic in coconut oil or organic butter.
  5. Asparagus
  6. Mushrooms
  7. Carrots
  8. Sea Vegetables like wakame, hijiki, dulse used in soups, dips, sauces and salads.
  9. Celery dipped in hummus or nut butter or other healthy dipping sauces.
  10. Cilantro and parsley. Great for digestion and deodorizing breath. Also great in pesto.

Eat as many brightly colored veggies as possible. Steamed is ok but do not over cook. Saute in organic butter, olive oil or coconut oil. Eat raw veggies with hummus or guacamole. Marainate raw veggies for flavor.

I hope that I can make my own contribution to the understanding of the gifts nature offers us and why they are so valuable to humanity.

I want everyone to know the healing miracle of organic green healthy foods
