How would you like to start losing some inches or weight where you have it most?

What we are doing now, or what we have been doing or what we’ve been told to do, is exercise. I want to introduce you to what I call the trilogy of success. When people aim to improve health and achieve what we have mentioned, we think more exercise is the most important thing we need to do. You are correct.

What’s an essential item for one to do right now?

In most cases, exercise is not the most important thing. Have you noticed that you seem to lose weight in the face, arms, and chest when you exercise, but you don’t see the weight disappear in the stomach, hips, and thighs?

That is because the arms, face, and chest are where the body loses fat more.

Let me illustrate what I mean. When you build a house, for example, you begin by making the foundation first. I’m not going to put exercise as the foundation. I’m going to put it at the top. Do you remember when you were 20 years old, you could eat whatever you wanted, do some exercise and burn what you wanted and where you wanted it?

I wouldn’t say that the average person reading this is 20 years old.

The problem is we spend the first 40 years of our lives damaging our body and the last 40 years trying to repair it. There 3500 calories in one pound of fat. Let’s say you burn 500 calories in one hour. You would have to exercise 7 hours per day to lose one pound of fat. It’s just not realistic. The most important thing than exercise is what you eat, Nutrition.
