1 Avocado

1 cup of sprouted almonds (peeled)

Researchers claim that substituting monounsaturated and oleic fatty acid-rich cooking and finishing oils like avocado oil may spot-reduce abdominal fat, potentially lowering the likelihood of metabolic syndrome—the term for a group of unfavorable health indicators linked with weight increase.
